Biography
Ralph Pick and Scott Strickland have been involved in home
building for over 25 years. Scott Strickland, a Norfolk native,
graduated from Lake Taylor High School and proceeded directly
into residential construction. Ralph Pick graduated from Cox
High School and Old Dominion University. He then followed Scott
into construction and they formed their construction home division
in 1978.
